Notes from the Therassic Library - Karzoug & Xin-Shalast (researched 4713-4719 AR by Quillax & Clank)
According to information in the Library, Guiltspur was built by Karzoug as a sort of inter-dimensional meeting point or embassy for his allies, the Denizens of Leng. Brodert Quink believes it was partially or wholly destroyed either in Earthfall (when Thassilon collapsed) or at some time after. Shoanti legends speak of a green-glass spire in the foothills of the Kodar mountains.
RUNEFORGE: A place where the power of the Sihedron runes was focused, and servants of the Runelords crafted powerful artifacts such as the Seven Swords of Sin. The Runelords themselves could not enter.
